Annual Partnership RFA Deadline for Submission is February 18, 2011
The CCNY-MSKCC Partnership is an NCI funded cooperative agreement between The City College of New York and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. The NCI's goal for these partnerships is to develop a stronger national cancer research effort aimed at understanding the reasons behind cancer health disparities and their impact on racial, ethnic, and socio-economically disadvantaged populations. At this time, our partnership has funding available to support several cancer research projects. Projects may be in any area of basic, clinical, translational, prevention, control, behavioral, or population research, however special consideration will be given to projects focused on translational health disparities, ageing and cancer, HIV and issues related to cancer, and emerging technologies.
We have three levels of funding available: full projects, pilot projects, and pre-pilot projects.
